Who we are

These terms apply to the website www.aaradhyah.com in every region and language. By creating an account or buying access to a pooja you agree to them. Please also read the Privacy policy and Refunds and cancellations.

The service

Aaradhyah guides you through Hindu poojas at home: each step is a mantra recorded by a priest, shown line by line in the script you choose while the recording plays. Pages such as the Panchangam, festival dates and the pooja descriptions are free to read.

The guidance is offered in good faith for personal devotion. Traditions differ between families and regions; the recordings and text do not replace the advice of your own priest or elders. Panchangam timings and festival dates are calculated for a place (your region's reference city, or the city you choose) and may differ from a printed calendar.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address (or with Google, where offered). Keep access to that mailbox secure: anyone who can open your sign-in emails can use your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy access. Younger family members may take part in a pooja with an adult who holds the account.

One account is for one household. Do not share sign-in links or resell access.

Buying access to a pooja

Each pooja is sold on its own for a fixed period: 1 week, 1 month or 3 months, as shown on the pooja page. Access starts when the purchase is confirmed and ends automatically at the end of the period. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.

If you buy the same pooja again while your access is still active, the new period is added to the end of the current one. If your access has ended, the new period starts when you buy.

Delivery: access is digital and immediate. Once the purchase is confirmed the pooja opens in your account (My Poojas) on every device where you are signed in. Nothing is shipped.

Online payments are not open yet. Until they are, access is granted by our team and no card is charged. When payments open, card payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card number.

Prices and taxes by region

Prices are shown and charged in the currency of your region. We work out your region from your connection when you first visit; you can change it at any time with the region and currency switcher, and your choice is saved to your account.

Regions, currencies and how prices are labelled:

• India: INR, incl. GST
• United Kingdom: GBP, incl. VAT
• United States: USD, no tax note
• Canada: CAD, no tax note
• Australia: AUD, incl. GST
• New Zealand: NZD, incl. GST
• Singapore: SGD, incl. GST
• Malaysia: MYR, no tax note
• United Arab Emirates: AED, incl. VAT
• Gulf countries: USD, no tax note
• Europe: EUR, incl. VAT
• Rest of the world: USD, no tax note

Where a price says "incl. VAT" or "incl. GST", that tax is included in the price shown. Other prices are shown without a tax note. We do not add tax at checkout.

When you start checkout, your price is confirmed for 15 minutes. If your card was issued in a different region, we charge the price of the card's region when it is lower, and otherwise the price you were shown. Prices in Indian rupees are for cards issued in India.

Refunds are paid in the currency you were charged. Your bank may use a different exchange rate than the one on the day you paid.

What you may do with the content

While your access lasts you may play the pooja, read its mantras in any script and follow its steps, for personal and family worship. The recordings, text, translations, artwork and software belong to us or our licensors.

• Do not download, record, copy, publish or share the audio or the mantra text outside the site.
• Do not use the site to run a commercial service, or use automated tools to copy it.
• Do not try to get around sign-in, access periods, prices for your region or other protections.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after telling you why where we can.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by problems outside our control. If a problem on our side stops you from using a pooja you paid for, contact hello@aaradhyah.com: we will extend your access or refund you (see Refunds and cancellations).

We may improve recordings, text and features. We will not remove a pooja you have active access to before your period ends, unless we have to for legal reasons, in which case we refund the unused part.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer where you live, including in India, the United Kingdom and the European Union, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, our total liability to you for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for the outcome of any religious observance.

Changes to these terms and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we will also tell signed-in readers. The terms in force when you bought access apply to that purchase.

If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim there.
